Although I do not currently reside in Bz., I do know that about everyone and his uncle sells real estate. The sale of... tell you of all the gov't hoops, but I am sure you can find out easily if you google it. Good luck, and good fortune....

Hi all. I am looking for a homesite lot in either the area of San Pedro, or Corozal. Coastal nice, but likely pricey... San Pedro, or Corozal. Coastal nice, but likely pricey for my budget. Would be happy to hear from anyone with a lead....
